1. The lottery will take place monthly starting August 1, 2020.
   Draw #1: Ticket Sales start at 11am on August 1, 2020 and end at 11:59pm September 14, 2020. Draw to take place on September 15^th at 10am.
   Draw #2: Ticket Sales start at 11am on September 15, 2020 and end at 11:59pm October 14, 2020. Draw to take place on October 15^th at 10am.
   Draw #3: Ticket Sales start at 11am on October 15, 2020 and end at 11:59pm November 15, 2020. Draw to take place on November 16^th at 10am.
   Draw #4: Ticket Sales start at 11am on November 16, 2020 and end at 11:59pm December 14, 2020. Draw to take place on December 15^th at 10am.
   Draw #5: Ticket Sales start at 11am on December 15, 2020 and end at 11:59pm January 14, 2021. Draw to take place on January 15^th 2021 at 10am.
   Draw #6: Ticket Sales start at 11am on January 15, 2021 and end at 11:59pm February 14, 2021. Draw to take place on February 15^th at 10am.
   Draw #7: Ticket Sales start at 11am on February 15, 2021 and end at 11:59pm March 14, 2021. Draw to take place on March 15^th at 10am.
   Draw #8: Ticket Sales start at 11am on March 15, 2021 and end at 11:59pm April 14, 2021. Draw to take place on April 15^th at 10am.
   Draw #9: Ticket Sales start at 11am on April 15, 2021 and end at 11:59pm May 13, 2021. Draw to take place on May 14^th at 10am.
   Draw #10: Ticket Sales start at 11am on May 14, 2021 and end at 11:59pm June 14, 2021. Draw to take place on June 15^th at 10am.
   Draw #11: Ticket Sales start at 11am on June 15, 2021 and end at 11:59pm July 14, 2021. Draw to take place on July 15^th at 10am.
   Draw #12: Ticket Sales start at 11am on July 15, 2021 and end at 11:59pm August 15, 2021. Draw to take place on August 16^th at 10am.
   Tickets will be sold online at a web portal www.YMCA5050.ca and in-person through a handheld device provided by Ascend FS at the YMCA Membership Services desk.
2. All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.
3. Tickets are 3 numbers for $5.00, 10 numbers for $10.00, and 60 numbers for $20.00.
4. Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend FS. Online sales portal is www.ymca5050.ca. Tickets can be purchased at www.YMCA5050.ca or on-site at the YMCA Membership Services desk.
5. After buying, patrons will be given a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System this receipt will be e-mailed or a physical copy will be distributed by the seller at the YMCA (hand-held device sale). No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
6. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw for that game.
7. The amount of the current 50/50 prize will be on the online sales portal www.ymca5050.ca. Ticket purchasers can also monitor the status of the raffle at www.facebook.com/SaultSte.MarieYMCA.
8. The winning number will be announced over www.ymca5050.ca and www.facebook.com/SaultSte.MarieYMCA.
9. The winner may claim their prize by contacting the YMCA of Sault Ste. Marie at (705)-949-3133 or by email at: info@ssmymca.ca.
   The ticket may then be brought to 235 McNabb St, Sault Ste. Marie at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. The winner will need to produce 2 pieces of photo ID and then be paid by cheque for the amount posted at the event for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies. The prize payment will be made by cheque.
10. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchase for. For example, if the draw was on September 15, 2020 the winner would have until March 15, 2021 to claim their prize.
11. The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.
12. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
13. If no winner comes forward, the number will be announced continually posted on www.ymca5050.ca | www.facebook.com/SaultSte.MarieYMCA
14. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safety deposit box and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to a charity other than the YMCA of Sault Ste. Marie, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
15. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draw:
    • Any and all current staff members of Ascend FS
    • Designated members-in-charge, prize donors, and other persons or companies involved in the conduct of the raffle (including insurance companies, legal and accounting firms, call centers, and all registered Gaming-Related Suppliers, etc.)
    • Board Members and Senior Management of the Sault Ste. Marie YMCA
